How often should I back up my business computer?
Often enough that losing work since the last backup would not hurt the business.
For most small businesses, daily automated backup is the minimum. If you create critical files all day, continuous or hourly backup is better.
The bigger question is restore testing. A daily backup that cannot restore is not protection.
Once a quarter, restore one real file and confirm it opens. That small test prevents panic later.
